What we collect, and why

Payments
Card and Raast payments are handled by our payment provider, Safepay. We never see or store your full card number.
Who we share it with
- Our courier partners: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
- Safepay: what is needed to take your payment.
- The service providers that run our website and emails (hosting, database, email delivery). Some are outside Pakistan, and they may use your data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your data or share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the shop needs: to keep you signed in and to remember your bag. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies; if that changes, we’ll update this page first.
How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
- Messages: as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing support@durmaan.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
