We deliver worldwide. Delivery within Pakistan is free. International delivery is free above a minimum order; below it, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times and charges

These times include preparing your order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracking
When your order leaves us, we email you the courier’s name and a tracking number. We send every order with trusted courier partners.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside Pakistan may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charge. You pay them, usually to the courier on delivery.
If a parcel is refused because these charges were not paid, it comes back to us. We then refund the items, minus the delivery and return costs.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your address and phone number at checkout; the courier may call before delivering. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, we can send it again, and a new delivery charge may apply.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the times above, email support@durmaan.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
