About us

Durmaan is an online clothing brand based in Pakistan. You can reach us at support@durmaan.com.

Products

We show our pieces as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and hand-finished details such as embroidery can vary a little from piece to piece. If you’re unsure of a size, email us before you order and we’ll help.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard cards and Raast payments, processed securely by Safepay.
• If you pay with a card issued outside Pakistan, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fees.
• Prices may change, but you always pay the price shown when you placed your order.

Orders

• Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation.
• We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Our content

The photos, designs and text on this site, and the Durmaan name and logo, belong to Durmaan. Please don’t copy or use them without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, as described. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you placed your order applies to that order.
